Role Description

Finding clothes that truly fit is one of the biggest challenges in e-commerce fashion and the Size & Fit team is on a mission to address it. We create game-changing solutions that help Zalando’s 50+ million customers find the right fit through innovation, science, and by delivering great customer experiences.

• Close the gap between textile manufacturers and customers
• Improve customer experience by helping them find the right size and fit
• Drive foundational fit work, ensuring seamless product interaction
• Lead the Virtual Fitting Room experience using UX/UI skills
• Enable customers to choose the best fit with personalized size advice
• Contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive fashion future

Qualifications

• Exceptional UI/UX skills
• Experience in workshop facilitation, prototyping, user research, and UX writing

Requirements

• Comfortable diving into uncharted, complex problem spaces
• Ability to shape long-term product direction and keep success metrics in focus
• Experience with mature design systems and accessibility
• Ability to articulate design decisions and align stakeholders
• Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
