Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Photo Editor to join our digital creative team. You will be responsible for the high-level retouching, color correction, and curation of lifestyle and product photography. Your work will bridge the gap between our rich heritage and the modern e-commerce landscape, ensuring a consistent, high-end "New York" aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.

• Execute high-end retouching, color grading, and compositing for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the Anne Klein "modern classic" aesthetic, ensuring all imagery reflects our sophisticated and trailblazing POV.
• Organize and maintain a high-volume digital asset library, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and optimized for web performance.
• Work closely with the Creative and E-commerce teams to select "hero" images for seasonal collection launches and the "Anne On" content vertical.
• Review final imagery for color accuracy (specifically regarding fabric textures and jewelry finishes) to minimize returns and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional photo editing or retouching experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge) and Capture One.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for lighting, skin tone consistency, and high-fashion composition.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-volume asset workflows without sacrificing quality.
• A passion for mission-driven storytelling and an appreciation for timeless, functional style.
