Role Description
We’re hiring a hybrid creative who can edit high-converting videos, design premium visuals, and generate hyper-realistic AI content. This is a performance-driven role. You won’t just execute — you’ll own outcomes, contribute to strategy, and help scale creative output across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Edit high-performing D2C ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

Turn raw/UGC footage into conversion-focused videos

Design static creatives (ads, thumbnails, landing visuals)

Generate hyper-realistic AI videos and visuals
-
Create scroll-stopping hooks and compelling storytelling
-
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
-
Rapidly iterate on winning creatives
-
Use AI tools to accelerate production and ideation
-
Collaborate on creative strategy (not just execution)
-
Ensure high output and creative velocity across projects
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing/design

Proven exposure to D2C / performance marketing creatives
Requirements

Strong understanding of human psychology and buyer behavior

Ability to translate insights into high-converting creatives

Understands hooks, retention, and ad fatigue
-
Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut

Design: Photoshop (or equivalent)

Ability to create clean, premium, brand-aligned visuals
-
Able to generate hyper-realistic AI videos and creatives
-
Experience with AI video, image generation, voiceovers, and scripting

Strong interest in AI and willingness to lead AI adoption within the creative function

Highly productive with a strong bias toward getting things done

Self-motivated (“batteries included”)

Ensures high output — both personally and within the team

Able to take ownership and drive work independently
