Role Description

Red Leaf is seeking a landscape design professional who will be responsible for creating and revising design work on behalf of Red Leaf Developments. This can include:

• Conceptual designs
• Design development
• HOA plan sets
• Permit plan sets
• 3D renderings
• Bid take-offs
• Planting plans

The landscape designer is responsible for managing deadlines, adhering to company procedures and policies, and maintaining excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape design required.
• Experience with CAD (required), SketchUp, Lumion, and technical drawing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Technologically proficient, with experience using spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Professional, client-focused, and aligned with Red Leaf's values.

Requirements

• Compensation: $8 - $12 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
