Role Description
As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life through creative execution. Your responsibilities include:
- Digital marketing content design
- Branded merchandise
- Corporate publications
- Event collateral
- Web design and development (experience is a plus)
Working with the Marketing team, you will contribute to fresh and innovative strategies across multiple channels. This role offers an opportunity to learn from experienced designers, refine your skills, and push your creative potential to new heights!
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in multimedia design, graphic design or similar creative role
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, digital media, and motion graphics work
Requirements
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage
- Photography & Illustration: Basic skills in photo editing and illustration (a plus)
- Web Design (optional): Familiarity with Figma, WordPress, Java
- Print Design & Production: Understanding of layout, typography and preparing print-ready materials
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality design outputs
- Good communication skills to effectively present ideas, explain design choices, and receive feedback constructively
- Excellent in time management and multitasking to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently

Your Team
You will report directly to the Senior Multimedia Designer, with oversight from the Marketing Director. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with team members to ensure the smooth production and execution of multimedia assets. Your role will be essential in maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative outputs across all marketing channels.
We work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, email templates, and display ads
- Ensure high-quality visuals optimized for different platforms (e.g., web, social, print)
- Create corporate branding materials, such as logos, business cards, letterheads, and presentations
- Design event collaterals, including posters, roll-up banners, flyers, backdrops, and giveaways
- Create animated graphics, explainer videos, and motion design elements for social media, ads, and presentations
- Design corporate publications such as brochures, reports, and magazines
- Develop visuals for merchandise like t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, and other promotional giveaways
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production
- Brainstorm with the Marketing team and contribute innovative ideas to translate campaign strategies to creative executions
- Adapt designs based on feedback from leads and stakeholders
- Engage in further responsibilities that may evolve as the role grows in the future
