Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Survey Programmer with ConfirmIT expertise to ensure quality delivery and optimize processes. This role involves:
- Designing and scripting surveys
- Collaborating with teams
- Troubleshooting technical challenges
- Improving efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ConfirmIT survey scripting
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and survey logic
- Ability to manage complex projects independently
- Ready to work in AU/SG time zones and with international clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools as needed
- Experience in panel management/setup in ConfirmIT, along with expertise in Decipher will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Act as a ConfirmIT Expert and support advanced scripting needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient survey scripts
- Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Automate processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
