[Hiring] Motion Graphics Designer @Air Teams

Role Description

We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphics Designer and Motion Graphics Designer to join our internal team at AirBase. In this role, you’ll combine strong graphic design skills with short-form animation expertise to shape the digital presence of leading health brands. You’ll create impactful visual assets—both static and animated—across web, social, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong portfolio spanning both design and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity
  • Develop and evolve brand visual identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in look, feel, and messaging in every design.
• Digital Asset Creation
  • Design a wide range of digital assets: web graphics, infographics, icons, presentation decks, email templates, ads, and more.
  • Produce original illustrations and data visualizations to simplify complex concepts.
• Video & Animation
  • Create short-form animated videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and web.
  • Edit and animate assets to fit various platforms and formats.
• Collaboration & Process
  • Work with content, marketing, and subject experts to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Present creative concepts and deliverables clearly to the team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized design files and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Quality & Optimization
  • Ensure all assets are optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and high performance.
  • Stay current with design, animation, and video trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and short-form animated content.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience designing for web, mobile, and major social platforms.
• Ability to create engaging visuals, animations, and video stories for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with video editing/animation tools and optimizing assets for social channels.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
