[Hiring] Motion Designer @Equals True

Role Description

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our remote team in LATAM. Here’s what you need to know about this position:

• Produce animations and motion graphics from campaign briefs and creative direction.
• Adapt content across digital formats while keeping every asset visually consistent.
• Work alongside Senior Designers and strategists to hit campaign goals.
• Jump into review cycles, take feedback, and turn revisions around fast.
• Keep quality high even on high volume, deadline driven projects.
• Contribute ideas that fit the brand's established visual language.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years in motion graphics or animation for social or branding.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable working with Figma files and design assets.
• Experience in fast moving, iterative production workflows.
• Solid attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
