Role Description

As a Product Designer at TRACTIAN, you will be the guardian of our mobile experience. You will lead the entire design lifecycle, from deep discovery to high-fidelity delivery, shaping how thousands of maintenance professionals interact with our technology on Android and iOS.

• Play a pivotal role in evolving our Mobile Design System, ensuring it is consistent and scalable, aligned with HIG and Material Design standards.
• Work alongside elite cross-functional teams to tackle complex industrial challenges.
• Translate heavy data into frictionless interfaces that revolutionize asset management for the world's leading industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on Mobile Apps in software development companies
• Deep knowledge of Native Design, with total proficiency in Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design (Android)
• Portfolio highlighting Mobile Projects and exceptional skills in interaction and visual design
• Proficiency building advanced components and prototypes using Figma
• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, hardware, and product management, to iterate and drive feature development
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, autonomous, and discussion-driven work environment

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the company's Mobile Design System, ensuring it meets usability and performance standards
• Track and analyze user behavior with analytics tools to find key areas of friction and opportunities for design improvements
• Design and refine reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and scalability across product
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Regularly evaluate the success of implemented design changes through user feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation to support adoption and facilitate effective use of the Design System by all teams
