[Hiring] Meta Ads Designer & Video Editor @Hire with Reef

Role Description

We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping social ads AND edit thumb-stopping videos for a large UK DTC e-commerce brand. You'll work directly with the UK team, owning complete creative campaigns from concept through to iterations and improvements.

• Consistently creating high-performing content that drives improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates
• Balancing direct response performance with brand consistency
• Creating content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds while maintaining premium brand standards
• Being part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to performance data
• Clear progression opportunities within the organisation

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• 5+ years experience in social media advertising design and video editing
• Proven portfolio with direct response Meta Ads experience
• Strong understanding of both performance marketing and brand building
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours daily overlap with UK business hours
