[Hiring] Marketing Designer @Boldin

Role Description

We're hiring a contract Marketing Designer to give Boldin's marketing team dedicated design support over the next quarter:

• Campaign creative
• Landing pages
• Lifecycle email
• Paid social
• Event materials

This is a production-focused role. You'll work inside Boldin's brand guidelines and templates, partner directly with marketing on concepts and variants, and report to design leadership. Your job is to make sure marketing never waits on design.

What you'll work on:

• Landing pages and web campaign assets
• Lifecycle and marketing emails
• Presentations and sales/partner decks
• Paid and organic social creative, including A/B variants
• Conference, webinar, and event materials (digital and print)
• Graphics and assets for the video team to use in motion work (motion design itself not required)
• Templates for recurring formats so marketing can self-serve common assets
• Final production files, specs, and handoff to marketing and engineering

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day design execution for marketing requests from brief through final files.
• Bring ideas to growth, lifecycle, content, and events, not just execution.
• Build creative in variants and adjust based on results.
• Support the video team with graphics, frames, and assets for motion pieces.
• Use Boldin's brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries as the source of truth; escalate anything the system can't answer to design leadership rather than inventing around it.
• Turn repeat requests into templates so the next version takes a fraction of the time.
• Keep files organized and documented so work can be handed to the incoming full-time designer without loss.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience, with in-house or agency work for product companies
• A portfolio showing volume and range across web, email, presentations, digital advertising, and print, with strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and color
• Proven ability to work fast within an established brand system and keep quality high at pace
• Expert in Figma, including components, variables, and shared libraries; this is where all of our design work lives
• Experience building templates others used to produce assets
• Comfortable working directly with marketers and taking direction from design leadership
• Experience with performance-driven creative (variants, tests, iteration)
• Motion design is a plus, not a requirement; experience preparing assets for video or motion teams is
• AI in your production workflow is a plus, not a requirement
• Available to start within two weeks

Requirements

• Salary Range: $60 - $80/ Hour DOE
