Role Description
As a Marketing Designer (Web & Digital), combining graphic design skills with an understanding of web and digital marketing strategies, day to day responsibilities include:

Creating visual content for marketing campaigns

Designing and building websites to support company objectives

Updating and optimizing the website, with hands-on experience and foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS for web development tasks

Ensuring graphics and web elements are optimized for performance and user experience across different devices
-
Translating marketing goals into creative content and strategies that drive engagement and conversions
-
Managing projects using Asana, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies among design, development, and marketing workflow stakeholders
-
Researching and recommending new tools or platforms to improve creative productivity, marketing automation, and web performance
This person owns day-to-day marketing design and website updates, while more complex development, advanced animation, or larger builds are outsourced.
Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, web development with UI/UX focus; startup or fintech experience preferred

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Outstanding online graphic design portfolio with exceptional graphic motion and editing ability

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory

Excellent presentation skills and willingness to lean in and receive constructive feedback

Ability to meet deadlines and successfully collaborate within a multifunctional and global team

Basic understanding of responsive web design and visual hierarchy

Ability to create animated GIFs and simple motion graphics

Experience editing and producing short-form videos for digital channels
-
Some experience with 3D Animation and video graphics a bonus

Project management experience in Asana or similar tools

Interest in crypto, emerging technology, and innovative finance
