Role Description

YipitData is looking for a Lead Web Designer & Developer to own the design and development of our public-facing websites. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly from user experience and visual design to responsive implementation in Webflow.

• Establish systems, templates, and technical foundations for publishing high-quality content quickly and consistently.
• Evolve the website into a scalable growth platform that supports YipitData’s businesses and strengthens our brand.
• Partner closely with Design, Brand and Communications, Demand Generation, Corporate and Investor Marketing, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Build internal website expertise and reduce reliance on external agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and building high-quality marketing or corporate websites.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/visual design and hands-on implementation.
• Highly proficient in Webflow, including CMS architecture, reusable components, responsive layouts, interactions, and custom code.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with responsive design, information architecture, design systems, accessibility standards, browser compatibility, and website performance.
• Comfortable owning work from initial request through discovery, design, stakeholder alignment, development, QA, launch, and iteration.
• Effective cross-functional partner who can translate among design, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to use qualitative feedback and quantitative signals to improve user experience, content discoverability, conversion, and overall site performance.
• Clear communicator who manages competing priorities thoughtfully.

Requirements

• Design and build responsive, accessible, production-ready pages, templates, components, and interactions in Webflow.
• Create and maintain a scalable website design system that improves consistency, quality, and speed.
• Serve as the technical owner of our Webflow environment.
• Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing for SEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, lead flows, and campaign launches.
• Collaborate with Brand and Communications to ensure website experiences reflect YipitData’s visual identity and standards.
• Establish website quality standards and conduct ongoing reviews for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage website projects and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop self-service templates, guidance, and governance for non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with external agencies and specialized partners as needed.

• Base salary range of $150,000 with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
