Accountabilities

• Collaborate with product teams to align service design with product execution.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in service design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end service design projects.
• Expertise in journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Strong systems thinking ability and experience mapping complex ecosystems.
• Proven ability to conduct and analyze research across various stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially for conveying complex ideas.
• Commitment to inclusive and human-centered design principles.
• Ability to adapt and continuously learn emerging methods and tools.
