Role Description
This role involves leading the design vision for core product areas and advocating for user needs.
- Own the design vision for core product areas, connecting business objectives to human needs with clarity and conviction
- Lead design reviews and present design solutions clearly to engineering, product management, and other stakeholders
- Drive design from zero-to-one blue sky initiatives to fast, iterative experiments that validate, learn, and deliver
- Advocate and be a bold voice for the user and the customer. Hold the business accountable to CSAT, NPS, and the lived experience of our product
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research, conceptual sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications
- Maintain design systems and component libraries that scale excellence across every team and surface
- Partner deeply with product, engineering, marketing, and support to shape and ship end-to-end experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience across mobile and web applications. Experience shipping products that influence business metrics
- Demonstrated experience in designing user-centric digital products, with a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles
- Fluency in Figma, plus experience creating and evolving scalable design systems
- A portfolio that shows both your taste and your thinking — we want to see how you solve problems, not just how you polish pixels
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Comfort working in ambiguity, fast cycles, and high-stakes decisions
