Role Description
As the Lead Product Designer, you will lay the foundation for user patterns that can be used across the application and design new product features end-to-end. You’ll be working closely with engineering and product to craft designs that balance user needs with the iterative development process. You’ll run interviews with customers and be responsible for translating user feedback into elegant solutions.
- Serve as a leading member of the design function at Anrok.
- Be the bridge between engineering, customer support, and product.
- Craft everything from MVP to fully fledged mocks in Figma.
- Distill complex invoicing and payment flows into usable design.
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in product design.
Requirements
- You take the time to fully understand the customer and problem space, and are able to translate the learnings into solid action plans.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have designed zero-to-one products.
- You are opinionated yet diplomatic when working with stakeholders junior and senior alike.
- You communicate clearly and concisely.
