[Hiring] Lead Design Technologist @Atlassian

Role Description

As a Lead Design Technologist, you lead projects and make decisions that impact multiple departments. You are responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable design technology solutions that enable all product builders across Atlassian, enabling PM/Eng/Design peers, and driving innovation in prototyping, motion, and AI-led design workflows.

Members of our team come from diverse backgrounds including design, engineering, and product with a focus on both the product builder and user experience.

The team partners closely with product, engineering, and accessibility experts to create scalable, inclusive, and coherent design solutions at enterprise scale. You’ll shape the future of Atlassian’s product building culture, champion best practices, and accelerate innovation through AI tooling and AI-toolchain workflow improvements for all of Atlassian Design.
