Role Description

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, analytical Lead Creative Manager to own their video review, clip curation, and short-form content strategy end-to-end. Functioning as a high-level "player-coach," this practitioner will:

• Review all editor outputs
• Analyze social performance trends
• Curate top moments from podcasts
• Direct video iterations before assets reach clients

Operating full-time during US Eastern hours with flexible availability across content flow peaks, this leader bridges the gap between raw video assets, editor execution, and client retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in video content production, with a heavy specialization in short-form video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• High technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and short-form editing mechanics (pacing, hook engineering, dynamic captions, visual effects).
• Exceptional eye for viral storytelling and clip curation, capable of extracting top moments from long-form media.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills with an obsessive attention to detail to catch subtle spelling errors, audio glitches, and pacing flaws.
• Availability during core US Eastern hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST availability window, targeting a 6:00 PM EST wrap time).
• Dedicated quiet home office, high-performance computing hardware (capable of fluid Premiere Pro rendering), professional headset, and high-speed internet.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing or leading video editors and creative production workflows at a marketing agency or creator network.
• Proficiency using modern project management and communication stack: Discord, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
