Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Designer - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping how our partner's brand is perceived across various platforms. You will work collaboratively within a high-impact, creative team to drive the evolution of the brand's visual identity. This position is central to translating complex AI concepts into compelling visual narratives that engage and resonate with leading enterprises. Your contributions will not only enhance visual recognition but also establish operational excellence in the creative workflows, making a significant impact on the organizational growth and brand presence in the market.

• Drive the evolution of the visual brand identity system across all marketing design touchpoints.
• Design and produce high-impact brand assets, including campaign visuals and presentations.
• Guide video projects, working hands-on or operationally with video contractors.
• Build and optimize design operations workflows for all brand design initiatives.
• Lead the maintenance and development of the design system in Figma.
• Manage end-to-end project execution for all brand design workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective visual strategies.
• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional brand design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing brand identity development and impactful campaign design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Asana, with strong skills in typography and layout principles.
• A proven ability to build and optimize scalable design processes.
• Strong collaborative instincts and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in leading design critiques and providing mentorship.
• Understanding of brand strategy and visual design's role in business objectives.
