Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative OC Global Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Global Clinical Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the graphic design of presentations, brochures, and various types of content. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our global team from anywhere in the world. The OC Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Director Clinical Marketing.

• Develop clear and impactful visual communication tools that effectively convey business strategies and ideas to global internal and external audiences, including healthcare professionals, consumers, internal teams, and senior executives.
• Partner with senior Ostomy Care leadership to create compelling, high‑quality corporate presentations supporting annual strategic planning, operating reviews, stakeholder reviews, and other key business initiatives.
• Develop, optimize, and manage a broad range of visual assets to support the global activation of Ostomy Care’s Healthy Bonds Umbrella Campaign, continuously improving materials based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Design visually engaging and effective marketing and communication materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
• Ensure global brand consistency and visual excellence across all materials by adhering to established branding guidelines and maintaining high standards of design quality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage external design agencies, providing creative guidance and direction to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand design solutions that meet global Ostomy Care requirements.

Qualifications

• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices preferred; ostomy knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience translating executive‑level ideas into clear visual communications.
• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio demonstrating presentations and marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including remote teamwork.
