Role Description

Watermark Books & Café is currently seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing design projects to effectively market our store, cafe, and events.

• Design and create compelling marketing materials that align with the company's brand standards, including social media graphics, website banners, promotional collateral, event signage, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in the development of marketing campaigns, both digital and print.
• Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, introducing new ideas and innovative design concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design and content management systems is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to receive and give constructive criticism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
