[Hiring] Home-Based Production Artist @DCX

Role Description

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Artist will provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support. You will be responsible for:

• Designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery.
• Maintaining consistency and the original brand look throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
• Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
• Technically savvy with a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical skills in graphic design.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different media.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people.
