[Hiring] Growth Marketing Designer @Ashley Digital

Role Description

Ashley Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you'll support growth marketing initiatives and report to the Senior Designer, Growth Marketing. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality designs across a range of formats — including social media video advertising, social media image-based advertising, and YouTube/CTV assets, among others.

You'll work closely with Marketing Directors, Growth Platform Leads, and fellow designers to conceptualize new ideas, build on existing creative systems, and push forward high-quality, on-brand aesthetics that drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build an organized workflow and strong working rapport with the Growth Platform Leads you're paired with, managing daily and weekly creative needs.
• Develop high-impact creative for performance marketing campaigns across paid social, YouTube, demand gen, email, and CTV.
• Partner with the growth team to brainstorm and execute rapid creative iterations, driving continuous testing and optimization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor creative, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Maintain Ashley brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries to hit growth marketing objectives.
• Balance speed, quality, and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative for digital campaigns.
• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Video editing experience, including short-form content, using tools such as Premiere, CapCut, or AI creative tools like Firefly.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
• Experience measuring performance metrics (CTR, hook rate) and running A/B testing cadences.
• Experience with social media reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate data into a clear story.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
