Role Description
We are looking for a Growth Creative Designer who is both creative and commercially minded. This role is for someone who wants real ownership inside a fast-growing venture-backed startup. You will work closely with the founder and growth team to execute creative that drives performance while building long-term brand equity. You will not just make things look good, you will help make them convert. This is a hands-on role with significant room to grow into senior leadership over time.

Design high-converting paid advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

Create static ads and light motion creatives optimized for performance marketing

Develop UGC overlays, hooks, and visual messaging for paid ads

Produce multiple creative variations to support testing and iteration

Design landing page assets that support conversion-focused campaigns
-
Update and improve homepage and product page (PDP) visuals
-
Design bundle graphics, promotional assets, and offer visuals
-
Create campaign landing pages and supporting visuals
-
Design assets for subscription offers and promotional campaigns
-
Optimize visuals to improve clarity and reduce friction in the ecommerce customer journey

Edit short-form video content for paid and organic social channels
-
Add hooks, captions, pacing, and storytelling structure to video content
-
Refine and edit founder footage and UGC content
-
Create simple motion graphics to enhance video performance
-
Build social media design templates
-
Design educational carousels and social content
-
Create reel covers and visual systems for social media

Support influencer and creator content direction
-
Assist with packaging design updates
-
Prepare production-ready files for packaging and print
-
Support visual design for new product launches

Design inserts, packaging collateral, and print materials
Qualifications
-
3β6 years of experience in graphic design for DTC ecommerce brands
-
Experience working with wellness, beauty, or consumer brands preferred
-
Ability to design high-converting creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

Experience creating bundles, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals
-
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency
-
Experience designing paid social ad creatives
-
Ability to develop UGC overlays, hooks, and messaging
-
Experience supporting creative testing and iteration
-
Ability to create multiple creative variations for performance testing
-
Understanding of how creative impacts CTR, CVR, and ad performance
-
Ability to think beyond aesthetics and focus on conversion-focused design
-
Experience editing short-form video content
-
Ability to work with UGC and founder-generated footage
-
Understanding of hooks, captions, pacing, and retention strategies
-
Ability to create simple motion graphics
-
Experience updating homepage and product page (PDP) visuals
-
Ability to design conversion-focused landing pages
-
Experience creating subscription, bundle, and promotional website assets
-
Strong focus on clarity and usability in ecommerce funnels
