[Hiring] Graphics Design Internship (UI/UX) @Seeka Technology

Role Description

This is not an internship for passengers. It is for strong candidates who want to do meaningful work, think deeply, move fast, and contribute to something with real potential to create global impact.

As an intern, you will work on projects that stretch your attention to detail, critical thinking, creativity, and design judgment. You will be encouraged to challenge ideas, think beyond obvious solutions, and contribute original concepts. You will also have the opportunity to improve and refine existing product designs, helping elevate the overall user experience of a platform built to solve real-world problems.

You will work alongside web and app developers and collaborate closely with our Product Design Manager, who will guide your development, challenge your thinking, and help you grow at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Design Manager and Managing Director to support product vision, design quality, and user experience direction
• Design app interfaces, including pages, features, buttons, layouts, and interaction elements
• Design website interfaces, including pages, features, buttons, layouts, and user flow components
• Create marketing and promotional materials that align with the brand and support business growth
• Prepare and organise design files so they are clear, structured, and suitable for handoff to developers
• Help shape and improve the overall user experience of both the website and mobile application
• Identify UX issues and recommend stronger, more intuitive design solutions
• Design marketing assets such as email templates, social media creatives, banners, and campaign visuals
• Collaborate with the marketing, business, and psychology teams when required to ensure designs meet user, brand, and business needs
• Contribute design ideas for social media-related tools and features connected to the website or mobile application when needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, UI/UX, or a related discipline
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above
• Strong working knowledge of Figma is required
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD or similar design tools is an advantage
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools is highly valued, including tools such as Google Stitch and other emerging AI products used in modern product design workflows
• Demonstrated passion for design, product thinking, and user experience, with genuine interest in building products that are relevant to the future
• Strong curiosity about how leading companies are evolving design through AI, rapid prototyping, smarter workflows, and next-generation product experiences
• Able to adapt design work across different visual styles, brands, and project requirements with confidence
• Comfortable working quickly and effectively across the full design process, from research and concept thinking through to polished final execution
• Capable of managing design work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and detail
• Able to think beyond the obvious, generate strong original ideas, and contribute meaningfully to both product and content design
• High level of initiative, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
• A strong portfolio link or relevant design samples should be provided
