[Hiring] Graphic & Motion Designer @Genesis

Role Description

We're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team on a part-time basis and create high-performing static and video creatives for Promova's acquisition channels. This is a full-stack creative role — you'll work across graphic and motion design, test different formats and concepts, and use AI tools to make production faster and more efficient.

• Create static and video creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition channels.
• Develop variations of top-performing creatives: new visuals, hooks, formats, and angles.
• Partner with the performance and creative marketing teams: understand what resonates with our audience, translate performance data into design iterations, and improve CTR, CPA, and conversion.
• Stay on top of creative trends across paid social and identify what's worth testing.
• Research and integrate AI tools for image/video generation, animation, and automation to improve creative production.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in motion design.
• Experience in creating performance marketing (paid Meta, TikTok and other ads) creatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Solid knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting brand assets for different formats.
• Confident use of GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools.
