Role Description
C2's client, a global medical device manufacturer, seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a major US market rebrand implementation. This is a hands-on design and production role:

You'll take global brand guidance and apply it consistently across a high volume of print materials.

Work closely with the internal team to incorporate feedback and refine as you go.

Duration: Full-time contract, approximately 4 to 6 months; availability during business hours, EST REQUIRED

Location: Remote (Orientation/training will be conducted at their offices in New Berlin, WI)

Compensation: $38 to $48/hour as W2 employee of C2, hourly rate commensurate with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities

Interpret global brand guidelines and implement consistently across a high volume of US print materials.

Apply Photoshop adjustments to existing photography to align with new brand color and tone direction.

Receive and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently, with a strong eye for detail and follow-through.

Communicate proactively about your queue, timelines, and any roadblocks.

Adapt copy as needed to ensure British-origin content reads naturally for a US audience.

Support light video work as needed; Premiere Pro a plus.
Qualifications

3 to 5 years of graphic design experience; more is welcomed.

Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

Strong print production background.

40 hours/week availability during business hours, EST.

Experience implementing or working within brand guidelines.

Excellent attention to detail; designs must be clear, concise, and organized.

Experience designing for highly regulated industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.

Strong self-organization and time management; ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.

Clear, proactive communicator.
Nice to Haves
-
Experience in branding or rebrand projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Comfort localizing content for a US audience; light copywriting or editing sensibility a plus.
