Role Description

As a designer on the Creative Team at Ancient Nutrition, you will work across all channels to create experiences that engage and educate our consumers. The creative team is responsible for defining and evolving the visual and verbal language that surrounds our brand and products.

• Maintain consistency and alignment in our brand voice and identity across all creative content.
• Design organic & paid social ads, email, ecommerce assets, landing pages, and infographics, as well as print assets for retail, displays, packaging and collateral to achieve brand awareness and increased engagement.
• Develop concepts and design cross-channel campaigns for new product launches and tent-pole moments for the brand.
• Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives, pushing beyond strictly what is asked and interpreting briefs with personal vision and taste.
• Meet deadlines and ensure tasks are fully completed, championing your craft and being meticulous about details.
• Be agile as things move fast and flexible as they change, while still delivering compelling work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working in an agency setting or in-house designing for digital— ideally with some print experience.
• Good understanding of brand and experience in developing and crafting a variety of brand experiences.
• Fluency across the modern visual design stack, including Figma, video & animation, and AI generation.
• Ability to think about the big picture and the micro-level details simultaneously.
• Understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to innovate by bending or breaking rules.
• Ability to balance speed with quality in the work produced.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and timelines, comfortable using project management tools like Wrike.
• Imaginative with the ability to generate original ideas and enhance others' thinking.
• Low-ego collaborator eager to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment.
