Role Description

ANDERSEN is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web/Content Development, Marketing and Sales - Graphic Designer 2 to join a customer-focused content team supporting Microsoft 365 experiences. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who excels at transforming product experiences, customer education, and marketing concepts into engaging motion graphics and video content. You'll create compelling videos and motion assets that help customers better understand and adopt modern productivity tools, including Copilot and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Working closely with design, product, and business stakeholders, you'll own projects from concept through final delivery, producing polished content for marketing campaigns, customer education, social media, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for customer-facing, marketing, and social media experiences.
• Edit and refine product demos, screen captures, and video assets into polished final deliverables.
• Apply motion effects, transitions, typography, sound sync, and visual enhancements to elevate content quality.
• Produce assets across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to bring product stories to life through video.
• Manage project timelines, production workflows, file organization, version control, and asset delivery.
• Track feedback, revisions, approvals, and milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on project status, priorities, risks, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Motion Design & Video Production | 2-4+ Years
• Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro | 2-4+ Years
• Marketing & Customer-Facing Content Creation | 2-4+ Years

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and polished creative execution.
• Advanced proficiency creating, editing, and producing professional video and motion assets.
• Experience with post-production workflows, effects, transitions, motion graphics, and final asset delivery.
• Experience developing video and motion assets for marketing, social media, product education, digital campaigns, or customer-facing experiences.
• Ability to translate product narratives into engaging visual content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products, including Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Clipchamp.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices for video content.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, productivity, or enterprise software environments.
