[Hiring] Graphic Designer @iHealth and Wellness Foundation

Role Description

We are an 'early stage' pre-money nonprofit/ tech startup preparing for a proof-of-concept launch / seed-raise looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Content and Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on creating exceptional content and graphics for our nonprofit's social channels.

As we develop our cross-platform marketing strategy, we aim to produce assets that align with our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a variety of content, including:

• Instagram and Facebook posts
• Email banners

Experience with IG Reels, TikToks, and animation is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Team player with a desire to learn, iterate, and move quickly
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 4+ hour work weeks
• Ability to attend weekly standup meeting (conference call with desktop/laptop access for screen sharing)
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• HealthTech experience is a plus

Requirements

Your first assignment will involve launching a fundraising campaign. iHealth will provide comprehensive guidance and resources to help ensure your fundraiser is both quick and successful.

Benefits

• This is an unpaid position until the organization generates revenue.
• Successful applicants are required to attend a weekly 30-minute to 1-hour meeting, held Monday to Wednesday between 12 PM and 5:30 PM ET.
