Role Description
The Graphic Designer position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, the ideal candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch points by supporting marketing, PR, and HR.

Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral, infographics, video as needed.

Multi-Platform Visual Design: Create high-impact graphic assets for social media, digital advertising, and print, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.

Video Production: Edit short-form video content optimized for modern platforms.

UX: Design front end design solutions when needed for website page updates and changes, applying UX principles and following brand guidelines.

AI-Assisted Workflow Awareness: Existing knowledge, or willingness to strategically use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Gemini) for rapid prototyping, asset generation, and creative automation, while maintaining a human eye for quality and ethics.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand, ensuring all materials—regardless of the medium—remain authentic and intentional.
Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience.

Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.

Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).

Experience designing for websites, creating assets that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly.

Understanding or willingness to learn AI tools and workflows.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus.

Short form video editing capabilities.

Strong verbal and written communications.

Excellent time management and organization skills.
