Role Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at our IT company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs, including social media creatives and short videos. Your creative skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image and driving engagement with our target audience.

• Design and produce eye-catching social media creatives, including static images, GIFs, and short videos, for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Create engaging videos that effectively communicate key messages and promote our products and services.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our creatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content writers and marketers, to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or technology-related industry.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, CapCut, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs, social media creatives, and videos.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and design requirements.
• Knowledge of video editing software and experience in creating short videos.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
