Role Description
A
Graphic Designer
is responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates a brand’s message effectively, captures attention, and engages its target audience. This role requires a blend of
creative vision, design expertise, and technical proficiency
to produce high-quality visuals across multiple platforms and formats.

Work on a variety of projects, including
digital and print media
—such as social media graphics, website layouts, online advertisements, email templates, presentations, infographics, packaging, brochures, and event materials.

Translate complex ideas into
clear, aesthetically pleasing designs
that align with the company’s brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design projects.

Select appropriate color schemes, typography, imagery, and layouts that resonate with the intended audience.

Adapt designs for different formats and devices, ensuring visual consistency and usability across various channels.
Qualifications

Proficiency in industry-standard design software—such as
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva

design principles, user experience (UX), and current design trends

Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.
