Role Description

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision to join our team! In this role, you’ll be crafting high-performing marketing ads.

• Creating engaging graphic ads for digital marketing campaigns (focus on Meta)
• Working closely with creative marketing managers to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive
• Using AI generative platforms to create new advertising materials
• Collaborating with other team members, such as motion designers, user acquisition manager, etc. if needed
• Exploring and adopting new generative tools and staying updated on design software improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
• Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy meetings
• Meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating ad creatives
• A strong eye for design and a deep understanding of current graphic design trends
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with AI generative tools (Midjourney, Sora, etc.)
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to market trends
• English level - B1+ minimum

Requirements

• Experience with mobile marketing materials and previous work in marketing agencies
• Basic motion design skills
• The ability to draw (illustration skills)
• Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics
