Role Description
We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (5–6+ years experience) who can transform ideas—whether clearly briefed or loosely defined—into sharp, on-brand creative that performs. This role supports marketing campaigns, pitch decks, social content, web visuals, and event-related assets.
Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

Create high-quality design assets across digital, print, and experiential channels, including:

Social media graphics and ads

Landing page and website visuals
-
Email marketing assets
-
Print collateral and presentations
-
Event signage and branded materials
-
Execute designs that align with brand guidelines while elevating creative quality.

Maintain strong consistency across typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and overall brand feel.

Campaign & Client Support

Translate marketing strategy and messaging into visuals that drive engagement and conversion.

Collaborate closely with strategists, account leads, and content teams to produce system-ready creative.

Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high bar for quality and detail.

Video & Motion (Nice Bonus)

Support video-based content needs such as basic edits, social cutdowns, and simple motion graphics.

Assist with storyboards, visual narratives, and campaign storytelling.

Ensure visual consistency across static and motion formats.
Qualifications

5–6+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, advertising, or high-volume marketing preferred).

Strong portfolio demonstrating:

Clean layout and typography

Visual hierarchy and branding fundamentals

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

Photoshop

Illustrator

InDesign

Lightroom

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you take direction well, ask smart questions, and deliver reliably.
Requirements

Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (basic video editing and motion).

Familiarity with video production workflows and content creation.

Ability to build storyboards and story-driven creative, especially for social or video-first campaigns.

Experience designing for events or experiential environments (signage, stage visuals, branded spaces).
