[Hiring] Graphic Designer @Sleeper

Role Description

This role involves creating engaging design for social media ads, web and digital campaigns following brand guidelines and creative direction.

• Collaborate with design team to create static and animated product assets including icons, modal graphics, and tutorial videos.
• Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions to create new designs and receive feedback from more senior designers.
• Participate in building Sleeper’s brand through visuals and storytelling.
• Be part of a small but mighty design team pushing the boundaries of innovation!

Qualifications

• A graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier; or graduates with some entry-level experience.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your passion and design skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or some experience in After Effects).
• Knowledge of design principles and social media design best practices.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.

Requirements

• A degree in one of the following majors: graphic design, visual design, motion graphics, illustration, or related fields.
• Experience with fantasy sports, daily fantasy, sports betting—or just a serious passion for professional sports.
• Experience designing with Figma.
• Passion for mobile games, movies, or animation in general.
