[Hiring] Graphic Design Specialist @Buyers Edge Platform, LLC

Role Description

We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support our Buyers Edge Platform Brand Marketing team in running the company's brand, demand-generation, content, creative, and internal/external communications. In this role you will:

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital, social, email, presentations, sales materials, and web, ensuring brand consistency and channel optimization using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Develop creative concepts and mockups informed by briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, including asset library maintenance and version control.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and business teams; present concepts and incorporate feedback to meet business goals.
• Analyze design briefs, research trends, and utilize data/feedback to refine designs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proactively own projects, identify process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay current on design trends and tools, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, design production, or related creative roles.
• Experience working in cross-functional or high-growth environments.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
• Experience with basic motion/video asset production.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time management, and version control skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making ability.
• Experience in the restaurant or foodservice industry is a plus.
