Role Description

This is a remote position for Philippine-based Filipino applicants.

IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you must have strong drawing skills and proven experience in digital painting and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

ARTISTIC TEST needs to be completed before your interview with the client.

Reporting to the President/CFO and working under the team's direction, you will be a self-starting, highly organized, and experienced Graphic Artist. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.

As a Graphic Artist, you will create visually compelling designs that align with your client’s requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong drawing skills, a background in digital painting and illustration, and a creative eye for detail. Creativity is essential, and we welcome fresh graduates eager to kick-start their careers!

Main Responsibilities:

• Create original digital artwork, illustrations, and graphics for various projects.
• Conduct research to understand the client’s requirements, current design trends, target audiences, and industry standards to inform your creative process.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Utilize drawing skills and a creative eye to enhance visual impact through composition, color, and theory.
• Stay current with industry trends and software to improve skills and creative output continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a portfolio of personal artwork and creations is required.
• Strong drawing skills and proven experience in digital painting and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
• Knowledge of abstract design principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible).
• Use of time tracking software during work hours.
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON.
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Php 35,000.
• Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.
• You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays.
• Probation: 6 months and after probation, 10 days annual leave credits and 5 days of sick leave.
• HMO offered after 6 months probation.
• Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days.
• Annual salary review.
• Laptop provided after 30 days.
• Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
• SHIFT TIMES: 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
