Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Print and Signs Designer who can support our team with fast, high-quality creative work across our four core areas of business:

• Commercial Print
• Signage (indoor, outdoor, and large format)
• Tradeshow Materials & Displays
• Vehicle Wraps

You’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and an understanding of print-ready file preparation are essential. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to follow a consultative approach in your interactions.

Qualifications

• Design print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
• Prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
• Communicate directly with team members or customers as needed via phone, email, or messaging tools
• Uphold brand standards and follow production guidelines
• Contribute positively to our culture and core values

Requirements

• Availability of at least 2 hours per day between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
• Additional availability outside these hours is a plus
• Must have a distraction-free workspace that supports focus and quick turnaround times
