Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Office Template Specialist to develop and refine professional PowerPoint and Word templates for corporate use.

This is a specialist role. You must have a proven track record of creating complex, user-friendly PowerPoint templates for established corporate clients. General graphic design experience alone will not be sufficient.

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint template design and build skills
• Strong experience with slide masters, layouts, themes and corporate brand systems
• Proven corporate portfolio showing completed PowerPoint template projects
• Experience creating professional Word templates
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot integration and template compatibility
• Ability to create templates that are practical, consistent and easy for corporate teams to use
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Requirements

• The project is expected to start on 27 July.
• All assets must be completed by the end of September.
