[Hiring] Freelance Creative Designer @Saypien

Role Description

This is a freelance, project-based engagement. You'll work directly with our team, take a brief, and ship creatives that get the right people to stop and pay attention.

• Volume: ~15–20 assets a month to start
• Scope grows with us: as we scale, more channels, more formats, and more of the customer journey moves into your hands
• Compensation: project-based freelance; rate discussed during conversations

What you'll own:

• Facebook and Instagram / Meta ad creative - static and motion, from concept to delivery
• Translating product positioning and campaign briefs into visual concepts that convert
• Iterating on creative based on performance data - what's working, what's not, what to try next
• Maintaining visual consistency across campaigns while pushing creative boundaries

Qualifications

• You've built Facebook/Meta ad creative that engage audiences and perform - not just look good. You can point to results.
• You bring real visual and creative experience: enough to take a brief and run, without needing hand-holding or endless rounds of feedback.
• You can turn a product story into something that stops a scroll in under a second.
• You move fast and work independently; freelance means the turnaround is yours to own.
• You're genuinely into digital products, AI and tech - you get the space and can speak its visual language.

We turn customer, employee and market feedback into decisions.

• We're scaling our paid acquisition and need a creative designer who can turn our product story into scroll-stopping ad creatives for Facebook and Meta - the kind that perform, not just look good.
• Berlin-based startup Primefold is building an architectural intelligence layer that is agentic, modular, and domain-aware.
• It ingests heterogeneous data, learns the context of a business, and continuously provides decision-ready guidance across products and teams.
