[Hiring] Freelance Content Creator @Glenna Stone Interiors

Role Description

You’ll work closely with our Fractional CMO and Marketing & Sales Coordinator to understand the purpose behind each piece of content, whether it is for a reel, an Instagram post, video, the website, or another platform. The right person has a sharp eye for elevated aesthetics, understands luxury lifestyle branding, and knows how to capture beautiful interiors and studio moments in a way that fits our content calendar and marketing strategy. This role is Philadelphia-area based.

Scope of Work

• Content Capture
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content at project sites (based in Philadelphia area) and professional photoshoots throughout the year.
  • Capture content at the studio as needed, including seasonal marketing campaigns and Glenna Stone Interior Design events.
  • Partner with the Fractional CMO and Marketing & Sales Coordinator to understand the intent behind each photo shoot and ensure that all photos and videos are aligned with our content calendar and broader marketing plan.
  • Format and rename captured content for digital use and organize into the marketing asset database.
  • Maintain a cohesive, on brand luxury visual identity across all capture content, consistent with our visual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design is a plus, though not required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a luxury aesthetic — interiors, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle branding preferred.
• Familiarity with design and presentation software such as InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.
• Video editing experience, particularly for Reels and short-form content.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Philadelphia-area based preferred; occasional in-studio and site visits required.

Engagement Details

• Type: Independent contractor / freelance
• Hours: 10–15 hours per week (ongoing)
• Rate: $30+/hr depending on experience
• Location: Remote with in-person availability for in studio work and onsite content capture in the Philadelphia area
