Role Description

Join our lean creative team at Navan, where you'll collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to build our visual identity and execute across various marketing channels. Your role will involve:

• Developing the Navan brand and maintaining a cohesive visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
• Staying current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our brand design.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• A robust portfolio showcasing design and creative excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in brand design.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google products.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Animation skills are a plus.
