[Hiring] Epic Front End Design Specialist @Chartis

Role Description

This is a contract position for 6-9 months. We are seeking a front-end expert to support an Epic design and build initiative spanning Cadence, Prelude, Cheers, and related functionality.

• Looking for a senior healthcare operations consultant to support enterprise Patient Access optimization efforts.
• This includes standard Epic optimization (Cadence, Prelude, etc).
• Nice to haves include a basic understanding of their LeanTaaS implementation, Infusion Center access improvement, and Electronic Medical Prior Authorization (eMPA) strategy.
• Will provide subject-matter expertise, facilitate workflow redesign, help establish enterprise standards, and partner with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams to drive adoption and measurable performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior healthcare operations consultant experience.
• Expertise in Epic optimization (Cadence, Prelude, etc).
• Basic understanding of LeanTaaS implementation.
• Experience with Infusion Center access improvement.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Prior Authorization (eMPA) strategy.

Requirements

Benefits

• Hourly range: $90-$110.
