Role Description

Director, Strategist & Designer

• Creative & Strategic Leadership:
  • Leads end-to-end creative strategy, positioning design as a business driver rather than a purely aesthetic function.
  • Translates customer insights and business objectives into client-focused solutions that elevate brands and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Crafts compelling visual narratives that simplify complexity, engage stakeholders, and inspire action across executive and client audiences.
• Design Direction & Storytelling:
  • Oversees and directs visual communication, messaging frameworks, and presentation design to support business development, marketing, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Applies advanced storytelling techniques to create behavior-changing work products that strengthen positioning and win business.
• Team Building & Capability Development:
  • Builds and leads high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teams; fosters collaboration, psychological safety, and innovation.
  • Trains, mentors, and empowers designers and strategists while continuously scanning the creative landscape for new tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Enterprise & Client Advisory:
  • Advises organizations on creative operations, design standards, and scalable creative models that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align creative output with broader organizational strategy.
• Scope & Impact:
  • Works across industries and organization sizes, from startups to global enterprises.
  • Has led global creative initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees and enterprise client teams, improving operational efficiency and creative consistency.
  • Known for transforming creative teams into high-impact, revenue-supporting operations.
