Role Description

As the Director of User Experience, you will guide a hardworking team of designers, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and product managers to successfully implement user-centric strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of UX design principles into our product development processes.
• Drive the creation of innovative and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.
• Conduct detailed user research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize product usability.
• Develop and maintain UX standard methodologies and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of UX initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies to keep our products competitive.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and innovation flourishes.

Qualifications

• Established background in a senior UX or product management capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Base pay range: $138,200.00 - $179,650.00 USD.
