Role Description

We are looking for a Senior XD Designer profile (LATAM) to provide support to AI Projects.

• Strong UX designer with the ability to translate complex problems, constraints, and inputs into clear, simple, and intuitive experiences.
• Demonstrated skill in understanding product strategy and direction, and turning that intent into effective design outcomes.
• Comfortable working across ambiguity, synthesizing inputs from business, technology, and users.
• Ability to create clean, thoughtful designs and flows that prioritize clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, tools, or products is a plus (e.g., designing for or with AI).
