Role Description

We are looking for a creative and collaborative Digital Designer to join our Digital Product team! In this role, your goal is simple: help us design the digital experiences that turn curious consumers into loyal subscribers.

• Work closely with our eCommerce Specialist, Growth Marketing, and Creative partners to translate brand campaigns into engaging on-site experiences.
• Collaborate with our Product Designer on the storefront, focusing on visual craft, brand expression, and maintaining a fresh and commercially effective storefront.
• Embrace AI tools to speed up day-to-day workflow, handling routine formatting and generating assets.

If you worked here this past month, here are some things you might have been involved in:

• Helping design a site takeover for a new product launch.
• Using AI tools to generate draft assets and format standard banners.
• Collaborating with Growth Marketing to iterate on landing pages.
• Partnering with the Product Designer to ensure campaign placements fit within the storefront.
• Updating standard campaign placements to keep the site looking unmistakably Who Gives A Crap.
• Sprinkling digital easter eggs across the site that reward curiosity.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of digital work.
• Ability to apply campaign briefs to digital surfaces while maintaining brand consistency.
• Curiosity about how designs impact metrics like conversion.
• Great eye for typography and composition.
• Eagerness to learn about design performance and customer insights.
