[Hiring] Designer and Developer for Autonomous Networks Domain @Capgemini

Role Description

• Senior profile covering activities that sit between Design and Senior Development
• Responsible for creation of HLDs for the whole solution
• Act as FlowOne‑CDFF expert, providing support for presales activities and high-level product discussions
• Strong involvement in FlowOne‑CDFF development, supporting development and testing teams in resolving complex issues
• Ensure requirements translatability from business and system requirements into solution design and implementation
• Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making across autonomous network components
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers during design, development, and validation phases

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in FlowOne‑CDFF
• Solid development skills in Java
• Good knowledge of IP Networks
• Experience working with Linux foundations
• Understanding of Virtualization and Cloud foundations
• Knowledge of VNF and CNF architectures
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
• Previous project experience in similar technical, design, or development roles
• Ability to work independently in a senior role while supporting wider teams
• Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written – B2 level or higher)
