Role Description

This position will lead design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with copywriters, producers, project managers, and the accounts team. They will also interact with our internal stakeholders on the design and development of marketing programs and initiatives, as well as the larger, overarching brand projects.

This position works closely with the Associate Creative Directors, Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to imagine and produce engaging, original, and on-brand solutions for our interactive media, collateral, advertising, social campaigns, and unique digital experiences.

• Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that push the company into the future
• Lead the thinking and creation of exciting new design ideas in collaboration with team members and partners
• Deliver flawless executions from initial concepts
• Lead projects with more junior designers and partner with illustrators, motion designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Participate actively and lead by example in design critiques and brainstorms
• Research new and groundbreaking inspiration for concepts across both digital and physical communication pieces
• Mentor more junior designers, providing effective feedback and guidance
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within a larger project
• Manage time efficiently and productively
• Bring complex concepts and large amounts of data to life simply and beautifully

Qualifications

• Required years of design experience at a top design studio, branding agency, advertising agency, or with a consumer brand
• Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems
• Experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Communication Design

• Demonstrated experience and passion for real estate is a plus
• Exceptional ability in graphic design, preferably with experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
